“Parchi da Gustare” – progetto della Regione Piemonte giunto alla V edizione – coinvolge i produttori e ristoratori che collaborano con le Aree naturali protette del Piemonte e, in attesa di gustare prelibate ricette sul territorio o acquistare prodotti in loco, racconta un tessuto di operatori economici che non si arrendono, nemmeno di fronte a Covid-19.
